  1. What about landings on parallel taxiways (next to assigned runway)? I still hear of this happening, but in every anecdote it appears that pilot fatigue or task saturation was a factor. And of course, who can forget the Southwest B737 that managed to land (and fully stop) at the Point Lookout Airport downtown Branson? SW does not fly to Branson KBBBG any more…
