Why can’t I download the issues?
I’m one terribly frustrated customer. Or soon to be x-customer. I have tried to subscribe to printed media in the past. Somehow the mailings missed me half the year as I move from FL to MI for about half the year. Okay. My bad. Then I subscribe to your digital version and I can’t find my way in to your site. All I seem to find is a solicitation to subscribe trying to login is a nightmare that I can’t deal with. Stop sending me solicitation emails and send me a clear link to access my subscription

I agree the IFR web site sucks. Difficult to login and REALLY difficult to download the current digital issue.

I dont get it. Yes, the site isn’t great but pretty simple to login and get the latest issue in PDF.
I’m super impressed that some here are able to program in approaches, SIDs, STARs, unpublished holds into GPS but can’t click login in the upper right and also can’t click the cover of the monthly issue for the PDF. Truly amazing.
Works fine for me and online presence seems straightforward. Love and look forward to the content every month!
Have been a print-only subscriber for years. Finally got login credentials and it took a few tries but download PDF works. Using Chrome, I simply had to allow pop-ups and there it was.
